Ideaworks is an incredible company to work for. We are fortunate to work on some of the most challenging and beautiful homes and super yachts across the globe and are trusted by thousands of clients to keep their homes simple to use and reliable.
But I would say that wouldn’t I? Having been at Ideaworks for 16 years and worked up from a work placement student to a part owner and Director, I am inherently biased aren’t I?

But why should our clients care about how our team feel about working at Ideaworks?

Whilst I can’t seek to compare us to Apple (yet!), we certainly agree with Steve that if you love what you do then you will do great work.
It was also good to see that we scored extremely highly on the below three questions:
‘I have the support I need to provide a great service.’
‘We are constantly seeking to improve the service we offer here.’
‘We have the freedom to do what is needed to provide a great service for our customers.’
But we are not perfect. We start 2016 striving even harder to be a great place to work filled with people passionate about providing Amazing Inside to our clients.
