Ideaworks have a proud tradition of creating exciting and challenging roles for great people.

When we employ, our goal from the outset is to create a workforce that is comprised of motivated, like-minded individuals who come together to form what can only be described as a family team. Building a team in this way requires us to think differently from other employers, taking a chance on people who outweigh a lack of experience with drive, passion and ambition.

This ethos has served us well for the past 30 years, and although we now employ over 120 staff, our family is never complete, as with each success the business grows and the team grows along with it. This constant process means the pressures and direction of the business are constantly changing, and our people, their roles and their motivations often change too.

Ultimately this evolution naturally leads to tremendous opportunities, not only for progression, promotion and training, but also the development of brand new roles within the business. Roles such as our Technical Sales position, posted a few weeks ago. Although this position is integral to our future success, it is a completely new role borne out of previous successes from our increasingly active new business team.
