You may notice that we have lots of information about careers and recruitment on our website at the moment. Amongst the job vacancies, news stories, new office openings and careers open days, there is a bigger story to tell and it’s a great story!

We are currently embarking on a massive recruitment drive to fill various new positions within Ideaworks.

This is a really exciting time for us. Nearly all of the current vacancies advertised are for new positions within the company with almost all departments expanding.

With the addition of our new London office, we are hoping to cast the net wider and attract more London based professionals to join our team.

There is a lot to gain in terms of knowledge and experience for those joining Ideaworks. We often talk about the years of experience we have; many of our team have been with the company for over 20 years. But actually, when it comes to recruitment we want to focus on what we can learn and gain from you. What can you offer as an individual which will make you an asset to the company? What can we learn from you?

We have a broad range of skill sets in the team, including some staff just starting out in the industry. What they bring is the passion, enthusiasm and dedication for delivering high quality service in whatever role they are fulfilling. So it’s not necessarily all about industry experience.

We believe we have a responsibility as one of the industry’s leading companies in home automation to continue shaping the future of the industry.
